Table of Barometer indicators

The sustainability barometer is the main non-financial indicator that assesses and monitors the organisation’s environmental and social performance, and it allows us to set specific objectives directly linked to the target-based management systems of the people with top management positions within the group.

The barometer is made up of five large dimensions that assess on the one hand the organisation’s environmental performance (in terms of the energy intensity of cement production) and, on the other hand, occupational health and safety, and worker satisfaction.

A new variable has been included in the barometer’s calculation for the year 2018, specifically CO2 emissions coming out of the cement production; this one will not be counted in terms of remuneration during the first year.
